Implicitify AI reports may be used as one component of a comprehensive clinical evaluation by licensed, qualified mental health professionals. Reports are intended to supplement — never replace — a full test battery, clinical interview, behavioral observations, review of records, and collateral information gathering.
Responsibility: The supervising clinician bears sole responsibility for the ethical interpretation, integration, and application of any results generated through this platform. All clinical conclusions, diagnostic formulations, and treatment recommendations must be made by the licensed professional in the context of their independent clinical judgment.
Zero-Knowledge Privacy Architecture
Patient names are never entered into the system. Assessments are administered using reference IDs only. Clinicians maintain the mapping between reference IDs and patient identities in their own secure records, outside this platform. This architecture supports HIPAA compliance and limits PHI exposure by design. Clinicians requiring a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) may submit a request.
Context-Tailored Content
Certain measures are presented differently depending on access context. When individuals take assessments for personal exploration, items and report language emphasize self-understanding and reflection. When the same constructs are accessed through a clinician link as part of a professional evaluation, the full clinical version is administered and the report provides psychometric depth appropriate for integration into a comprehensive assessment.
